Singer Britney Spears was awarded a change in her child custody matter. Spears will now be able to see here children more as a result of a Court hearing this morning.

Spears has slowly been regaining more visitation rights initially lost to ex husband Kevin Federline.

Spears and Federline were happy with today’s decision. Also in the court was Spears’ mother Lynne Spears. This might be the first time that Spears was joined by her mother in Court since her dispute over child custody has begun.

Spears will appear in an upcoming second broadcast of the TV show “How I Met Your Mother”. She is currently completing taping for the show.
